- 2g of tea or 1 spoonful of tea (half of tube)
- 100° of water in to 250ml – 300ml cup
- Steep for 3 – 5 minutes

- 3 minutes – Light & soothing
- 4 minutes – Mildly strong
- 5 minutes – Strong and spicy
