Ingredients: Black tea, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, pepper

Preparation:

• 2g of tea or 1 spoonful of tea (1/3 of tube)
• 100° of water in to 250ml – 300ml cup
• Steep for 2 – 4 minutes

Taste Notes: (Steep evolution)

• 2 minute – Light bitterness
• 3 minute – Mildly bitter with a hint of spice
• 4 minute – Bitter and spicy
