Preparation:
- 2g of tea or 1 spoonful of tea (1/3 of tube)
- 100° of water in to 250ml – 300ml cup
- Steep for 2 – 4 minutes
- 2 minute – Light bitterness
- 3 minute – Mildly bitter with a hint of spice
- 4 minute – Bitter and spicy
