How it tastes: Bitter grassy with aromatic scent of bergamot

Ingredients: Black tea, sunflower hips, cornflower, blackberry leaves

Origin: Sri Lanka

Preparation:

  • 2g of tea or 1 spoonful of tea (1/3 of tube)
  • 100° of water in to 250ml – 300ml cup
  • Steep for 2 – 4 minutes

Taste Notes: (Steep evolution)

  • 2 minute – Light tangy flavor
  • 3 minute – Mild tangy flavor
  • 4 minute – Bitter tangy flavor aromatic scent of bergamot
