Preparation:
- 3g of tea or 1 spoonful of tea (1/2 of tube)
- 80° - 82° of water in to 250ml – 300ml cup
- Steep for 1 – 2 minutes
Taste Notes (Steep evolution)
- 1 minute – Light sweet and sour flavor
- 2 minute – Mild sweet and sour
- 3 minute – Bitter sweet with a touch of sourness

A subtle, mild flavoured tea, with a gorgeous color. This is perfect to gift to someone (I gifted it to my mother), it's almost too pretty to drink because of the generous assortment of dried flowers in it.
