Preparation:

• 2g of tea or 1 spoonful of tea (1/3 of tube)


• 100° of water in to 250ml – 300ml cup


• Steep for 2 – 4 minutes

Taste Notes: (Steep evolution)

• 2 minute – Light but bitter/sour


• 3 minute – Mildly bitter/sour


• 4 minute – Bitter
